Family Wildlife Camp Out – Wildlife Trust Trumpington Meadows

Are you ready to go wild?

Join the Wildlife Trust BCN’s Wildlife Adventurers Becca Badger and Becky Ranger, to celebrate #30DaysWild and see a different side of Trumpington Meadows Nature Reserve on this overnight camp-out. This event is a great opportunity to see some fantastic wildlife and experience fun activities – things you might not normally see and do, as we camp and explore in one of the more remote areas of the reserve.

In the morning we’ll set up camp, and in the afternoon we will take you on fun activities such as sweep netting, pond dipping and reptile surveys. Later on, we’ll set a moth trap and go bat hunting. There will be plenty of time to relax around the campsite and enjoy marshmallows over the fire.

This event is perfect for families with children aged 7-11. Younger and older children will also have fun, but please, no under 5s.
