Wild Food – Sustainable foraging walking tour

Join us on our wild food tour of Cambridge…. Start off with wild food inspired gin and tonics. Then we will go on a walk around Cambridge, looking at around 20 different plants, mushrooms and fruits, both edible and ‘deadible’. We will look at key identification features then how we preserve the edibles and how we would use them in both our dishes and in home cooking.

Meet at the Panton Arms at 11am for a wild food inspired tipple then we will go on a 2.5 hour ish walk and end back at the pub for a bowl of wild seed soup while going over what we have found for the day.
