Wild Food Tour – Sustainable foraging and invasive species

Join us on our wild food tour of Cambridge…. where we will look at what edibles can be found in our beautiful city, along with some poisonous ones too!
We will talk about sustainable practices, see some invasive species and discuss how we at The Foraging Chef preserve these plants for future culinary use.
Meet at Tall trees on Lensfield Road at 11am for a wild food inspired tipple then we will go on a 2.5 hour ish walk and end back at tall trees for a bowl of spring herb soup while going over what we have found for the day.
We finish at 3pm but feel free to stay at the venue for jazz that starts at 3:30pm.
